Autocade has reached 45 million page views since our launch in March 2008. The latest million has taken one and a half months to notch up—very healthy indeed. Doing the maths, we’re adding 17,387,989 to the 27,647,011 from the old server, arriving at 45,035,000.
We had some concerns that there were bots and “AI” scrapers, as there were at the end of 2023, but we’ve done a lot of blocking with our firewall. Brazilian traffic is a lot higher than normal, but we’ve studied a sampling of it, and it’s coming from different devices, cities, and ISPs. They don’t appear to be bots.
We have, however, blocked bots from Alibaba, Tencent, Semrush, Bytedance, Open AI and others that were draining our resources, even slowing down the main site.
We recently added our 5,400th model, the Ferrari 849 Testarossa Spider, which launched last week. Currently there are 5,411 entries, an increase of 39 since we last did a million-view post. The latest addition is the Dongfeng Yipai eπ 007 (a tricky one, since Yipai and eπ are the same thing, but Dongfeng uses both simultaneously).
